Thank you for shopping at Dukhoon By RM. We take great pride in the quality of our Oud, Incense, and Perfumes. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Because our products are personal care and fragrance items, we have a strict return policy to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.
- Eligibility: You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original luxury packaging with all seals intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used Perfume sprays.
- Oud Oils where the seal has been broken.
- Burned or partially used Incense/Dukhoon.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, we will replace it immediately.
- Please inspect your order upon reception.

- You must provide clear photos or a video of the damaged product and the shipping box.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
